“A lot of chef’s like to stick with certain styles of food. They like to interpret their feelings through say Latin, Spanish, Italian etc. There’s nothing wrong with that and I have the utmost respect for classical cuisines. The only thing is that sort-of labels you and you’re stuck with 
that. Me on the other hand, I don’t think I have any specific style. I get inspiration from a lot of cultures and styles. But for the most part, I just have fun playing with food. That attitude presents itself well in the food we produce here at Bella Fresca.” ~Weston
