Bella Fresca's upscale yet unpretentious atmosphere provides the canvas for an unparalleled dining experience. At the bar, we serve an array of signature libations and wines by the glass. Our petite bar fills on most evenings with people that come "to visit" while sipping on martinis and nibbling on home made pimento cheese.
From any vantage point in the restaurant, one can watch his meal being prepared as I and my talented staff have fun in the exhibition kitchen, a key focal point of the restaurant.
My goal is to evoke our patrons' emotions. Through my food, I seek to satisfy my customers on a level deeper than just appeasing hunger. My menu is a blend of modern technique with local traditions. I believe tradition is the catalyst to that deeper satisfaction and the key to longevity. I often change my menu according to the season and my own personal cravings.
